Biffy Clyro are today confirmed as the final headliners for this summer’s record-breaking TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall.
The superstar rock trio will bring their electrifying and explosive live show to the historic Halifax venue’s iconic open-air courtyard on Friday August 23.

With three UK Number 1 albums, numerous sold-out tours and legendary festival headline shows Biffy Clyro are one of Britain’s most successful rock bands of all time.
The band has risen from their independent roots to become a globally renowned live act – delivering to the world such anthems as Many of Horror, Mountains, Space, Instant History and Wolves of Winter.
They have won no fewer than four NME Awards, five Kerrang Awards, two Q Awards as well as being nominated for Best British Group at The BRITS three times.
Biffy Clyro join the likes of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Richard Ashcroft, Korn, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Sheryl Crow, Fatboy Slim, PJ Harvey, Pixies, IDLES and Underworld among the headliners for TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall 2024.
The first of 34 headline shows kicks off on Friday June 7 with rock icons Blondie.
Announcing Biffy Clyro as 2024’s final headliner, Nicky Chance-Thompson MBE DL, CEO of The Piece Hall Trust, said: “What an amazing band for our final announcement for this summer.

Biffy Clyro will be joined at The Piece Hall by special guests Witch Fever. The Manchester post-punk outfit’s debut album Congregation won them and army of plaudits and they are currently opening for Cassyette on their European Tour.
For the first time, TK Maxx join The Piece Hall and Cuffe and Taylor as presenting partner underscoring TK Maxx’s continued support of the arts and local communities.
The new presenting partnership is part of a three-year agreement with Cuffe & Taylor shows across the country including Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Lytham Festival, Depot Live, Derby Summer Sessions, Plymouth Summer Sessions, Bedford Summer Sessions, and Southampton Summer Sessions.
