Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds are set to perform two seaside concerts in a row on opposite sides of the country and tickets are selling out fast.
Kicking off the double bill at Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Wednesday August 3, Noel will perform to a capacity crowd before hot footing it across the Pennines to Lytham Festival to perform Thursday August 4.
The concerts are organised by promoters Cuffe and Taylor who arrange both the Scarborough Open Air Theatre concerts and Lytham Festival, the largest festival in the North West.
Director Peter Taylor said: “We cannot wait for Noel’s gigs at Scarborough Open Air Theatre and Lytham Festival.
“Tickets have been flying out of the door and we’re sure that both nights are going to be capacity crowds with an electric atmosphere.”
The gig at Scarborough Open Air Theatre will be the first time Noel has played live in Scarborough and with less than 8,000 tickets available for the unique venue, tickets are selling out fast.
The following night’s Lytham gig will mark the first time multi-award winning singer and songwriter Noel has played live on the Lancashire Coast since October 1995 when his former band Oasis performed a now legendary show at Blackpool’s iconic Empress Ballroom on the very day the landmark album (What’s The Story) Morning Glory was released.
Tickets for Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds at Lytham Festival are priced from £45, while at Scarborough Open Air Theatre they are priced from £49.50 with seating and standing available.
Tickets for Lytham Festival are available from www.lythamfestival.com or from the Lytham Festival Box Office in Lytham Piazza. Tickets for Scarborough Open Air Theatre are available from www.scarboroughopenairtheatre.com or from the Box Office.
